The butter is gently clarified with greatest care to ensure an authentic quality & flavour and has been rewarded with many taste awards.
Ghee whilst known well in Indian culture & is delicious used in Indian cookery, is also an incredibly versatile cooking oil alternative for all cooking. Its is also free from lactose and casein & therefore can be used in place of butter for those with dairy intolerance.
